LOCAL ARTIFACT COLLECTION

In accordance with its mandate to the public, the MSA Museum
has collected artifacts that help interpret local history.  Items from the Reserve Collection will be used in the temporary and/or open storage showcases in the MSA Museum Annex.

Our collection contains, but is not limited to, artifacts from the following areas:
  • major local industries, especially logging
  • pioneer settlement and home life
  • the early years of Abbotsford's diverse cultural foundations
  • clothing and costumes
  • the reclamation of Sumas - the lake that disappeared!

For more information about the artifact collection, or if you have an object you wish to donate,  please call the Collections Manager at 604-853-3722.
