Abbotsford’s population today is about 15 –
20% Indo-Canadian. Many families have lived here since the turn of the
last century. This section highlights some of the stories of local
families and recognizes the struggles they have had in Canada, as well as their
triumphs.
They have contributed and continue
to contribute to the development of our City, Abbotsford; now British Columbia’s
fifth largest city.
