2 Family house wanted by 2 working couples - Clean, responsible, working (in long-term jobs), and non smoking tenants with no pets are desiring a two family house (both with separate legal units). Preferred move-in date of April 30th/ May 1st. 3-4 bedrooms for one unit, 2 bedrooms for the other. If both had laundry hook-ups that would be a nice bonus :-) Our children go to Godson Elementary and Abby Middle, so central Abbotsford, while preferred, is not a must.
